1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Syrixia AI ("Syrixia", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the widget, or connecting a store, you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Syrixia is a software service that connects to your ecommerce store, indexes its public content, and operates an AI shopping assistant on your storefront. The assistant answers shopper questions from your store content, recommends products from your catalogue, captures leads, and assists with cart actions. A merchant dashboard shows conversations, leads, analytics, and AI generated reports. Syrixia does not process payments and does not replace your store checkout.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract to use Syrixia. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private. You must have the authority to connect any store you connect. Tell us promptly at syrixiaai@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Your payment details are handled by Paddle, not by us.
- Plan prices and inclusions are listed on the pricing page. Usage limits apply per plan. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to mislead shoppers or misrepresent products, prices, or policies;
- connect a store you do not control or attempt to access another merchant’s data;
- probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
- use the service for unlawful products or activity, or to process data you have no right to process;
- resell or white label the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this section.
6. Your content
Your store content, conversations, and leads remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to index your store content, to generate assistant replies and reports from it, and to display it back to you in the dashboard. We do not sell your data and we do not use your store content or your shoppers’ conversations to train foundation models. The privacy policy describes processing in detail.
7. AI output
The assistant generates answers from your store content using large language models. It is built to decline questions it cannot answer from that content, but AI output can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying store content, and you can correct or disable answers by editing your content, adding FAQs, or switching the widget off in settings. Syrixia does not guarantee any level of sales, conversions, or revenue.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change or improve features over time and will give notice when a change materially reduces the service you pay for. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days notice, in which case we refund any prepaid period past the shutdown date.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these terms, for non payment, or where required by law. On account closure your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for all claims in any twelve month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syrixia is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep any rights granted by mandatory law in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
