1. The short version
Plans are billed monthly with no long term commitment. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If your first purchase was not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full.
2. How to cancel
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your assistant keeps working until the end of the paid period, and your data is retained as described in the privacy policy. If you cannot reach the dashboard, email syrixiaai@gmail.com from the address on your account and we cancel it for you.
3. When refunds apply
- First purchase. If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first charge, email us and we refund it in full.
- Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.
- Extended outages. If a fault on our side keeps the service unusable for a significant part of a billing period, we credit or refund that period on request.
- Renewals. Renewal charges older than 14 days are generally not refunded, but write to us anyway if something went wrong and we will look at it case by case.
4. How refunds are paid
Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record, so approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your statutory rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
